Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on selected products only
- Free shipping applies only if all items in your cart qualify.
- Shipping is valid within Canada and the USA
- Orders will be shipped by the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified.
- PO box deliveries are handled by Canada Post in Canada, or USPS in the USA
- All orders require a signature upon delivery
Additional Shipping Fees
Additional fees may apply for:
- Tailgate delivery not requested in advance.
- Inside delivery requests.
- Restricted access, extra handling, or heavy/bulky shipments.
- Address errors or failed delivery attempts requiring re-delivery.
Export Policy
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or missing information.
- If your package is returned, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier and cover any associated fees.
Damage and Claims
- If your order is damaged during transit, claims must be submitted to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the shipping box, the packaging, and the damaged product for us to process your claim.

- Orders with mismatched billing names and credit card names may experience delays.
- Free shipping does not apply to return shipping costs; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, the package may be returned to ShopMusicGear.com . In such cases, all shipping fees (including return shipping, if applicable) will be charged to the customer.
